Parents Alliance Employment Project is governed by a Board of Directors representative of parents with children with disabilities, businesses that hire people with disabilities, financial and legal representatives and human service professionals. While the Board of Directors provides overall guidance and direction for the agency, Board and staff work cooperatively to carry out the mission, values and objectives of the agency.
