Volunteers play an important role in supporting the mission of Parents Alliance Employment Project by helping expand opportunities for individuals with disabilities to succeed in the workplace and their communities.

Continuing the Legacy Through Volunteerism

Since its founding in 1982 by a group of dedicated parent volunteers advocating for inclusion and employment opportunities for their children, PAEP has grown through the strength of community involvement and partnership.

By volunteering with PAEP, community members can help promote inclusive employment, support program activities, and contribute to efforts that empower individuals with disabilities to gain skills, build confidence, and achieve meaningful careers in their communities. Volunteers help continue the legacy of advocacy, inclusion, and opportunity that has defined PAEP since its beginning.
